మోడీ ప్రభుత్వం చాలా ముఖ్యమైన నిర్ణయం

కొత్త విద్యా విధానం 2020 ప్రకటించబడింది

1. 10 + 2 బోర్డు నిర్మాణం పడిపోతుంది.
2. కొత్త పాఠశాల నిర్మాణం 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 గా ఉంటుంది.
3. 5 ప్రీ స్కూల్ వరకు, 6 నుండి 8 మిడ్ స్కూల్, 8 నుండి 11 హై స్కూల్, 12 తరువాత గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్.
4. ఏదైనా డిగ్రీ 4 సంవత్సరాలు ఉంటుంది.
5. 6 వ తరగతి నుండి వృత్తి విద్యా కోర్సులు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి.
6. 8 నుండి 11 వరకు విద్యార్థులు సబ్జెక్టులను ఎంచుకోవచ్చు.
7. అన్ని గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ కోర్సులు పెద్ద మరియు చిన్నవిగా ఉంటాయి.
ఉదాహరణ – సైన్స్ విద్యార్థి భౌతిక శాస్త్రాన్ని మేజర్‌గా మరియు సంగీతాన్ని మైనర్‌గా కూడా కలిగి ఉండవచ్చు. అతను / ఆమె ఏదైనా కలయికను ఎంచుకోవచ్చు.
8. అన్ని ఉన్నత విద్య ఒకే అధికారం ద్వారా నిర్వహించబడుతుంది.
9. యుజిసి ఎఐసిటిఇ విలీనం అవుతుంది.
10. అన్ని విశ్వవిద్యాలయ ప్రభుత్వం, ప్రైవేట్, ఓపెన్, డీమ్డ్, ఒకేషనల్ మొదలైనవి … ఒకే గ్రేడింగ్ మరియు ఇతర నియమాలను కలిగి ఉంటాయి.
11. దేశంలోని అన్ని రకాల ఉపాధ్యాయుల కోసం కొత్త ఉపాధ్యాయ శిక్షణ బోర్డు ఏర్పాటు చేయబడుతుంది, ఏ రాష్ట్రమూ మారదు.
12. ఏ కాలేజీకి అయినా దాని రేటింగ్ ఆధారంగా అదే స్థాయి అక్రిడిటేషన్. కళాశాలకు స్వయంప్రతిపత్తి హక్కులు మరియు నిధులు లభిస్తాయి.
13. తల్లిదండ్రులు ఇంట్లో 3 సంవత్సరాల వరకు పిల్లలకు నేర్పడానికి మరియు 3 నుండి 6 వరకు ప్రీ స్కూల్ కోసం కొత్త ప్రాథమిక అభ్యాస కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం రూపొందిస్తుంది.
14. ఏదైనా కోర్సు నుండి బహుళ ప్రవేశం మరియు నిష్క్రమణ.
15. ప్రతి సంవత్సరం గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ కోసం క్రెడిట్ వ్యవస్థ. విద్యార్థికి కొంత క్రెడిట్స్ లభిస్తాయి, అతను కోర్సులో విరామం తీసుకుంటే మరియు కోర్సు పూర్తి చేయడానికి తిరిగి వస్తాడు.
16. అన్ని పాఠశాలల పరీక్షలు సంవత్సరానికి రెండుసార్లు సెమిస్టర్ వారీగా ఉంటాయి.
17. సిలబస్ ఏదైనా విషయం యొక్క ప్రధాన జ్ఞానానికి మాత్రమే తగ్గించబడుతుంది.
18. విద్యార్థుల ప్రాక్టికల్ మరియు అప్లికేషన్ పరిజ్ఞానంపై ఎక్కువ దృష్టి పెట్టండి.
19. ఏదైనా గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ కోర్సు కోసం, విద్యార్థి ఒక సంవత్సరం మాత్రమే పూర్తి చేస్తే, అతడు / ఆమె ప్రాథమిక సర్టిఫికేట్ పొందుతారు, అతను / ఆమె రెండేళ్ళు పూర్తి చేస్తే అతడు / ఆమె డిప్లొమా సర్టిఫికేట్ పొందుతాడు మరియు అతను / ఆమె పూర్తి కోర్సు పూర్తి చేస్తే అతడు / ఆమె డిగ్రీ సర్టిఫికేట్ పొందుతుంది. అందువల్ల అతను / ఆమె మధ్యలో కోర్సును విచ్ఛిన్నం చేస్తే ఏ విద్యార్థి యొక్క సంవత్సరం వృథా కాదు.
20. అన్ని విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ కోర్సు రుసుము ప్రతి కోర్సులో క్యాపింగ్తో ఒకే అధికారం ద్వారా నిర్వహించబడుతుంది.

ఇప్పుడు మన విద్యా విధానం ఆధునిక దేశాలతో సమానంగా ఉంటుందని ఆశిస్తున్నాము. చాలా అవసరమైన ఈ మార్పు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా చాలా స్వాగతించబడింది.

పై 20 పాయింట్లలో మేము చాలా నిర్దిష్ట సమస్యలు / వివరాలను కోల్పోయాము, కాని ఒక విషయం ఖచ్చితంగా ఉంది. ఈ మార్పుల గురించి మనమందరం చాలా గర్వపడుతున్నాము మరియు విద్య మరింత ప్రాక్టికాలిటీని, శాస్త్రీయ విధానాన్ని తీసుకువస్తుందని, పిల్లలను మానవత్వం మరియు దేశభక్తి వైపు పెంచుతుందని, మొదటి నుండి పిల్లల సామర్థ్యాన్ని మెరుగుపరుస్తుందని మరియు ఆధునిక కాలానికి అవసరమైన జ్ఞానంతో పాటు పాత్రను పెంచుతుందని చాలా ఖచ్చితంగా అనుకుంటున్నాము .. .మరియు భరత్ యొక్క గర్వించదగిన పౌరునిగా మార్చడానికి అవసరమైన ప్రతిదాన్ని చేస్తుంది.

నరేంద్ర మోడీ జీ మరియు మొత్తం హెచ్‌ఆర్‌డి బృందంతో పాటు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి హృదయపూర్వక కృతజ్ఞతలు. భారత పౌరులుగా మనకు నిజంగా అవసరమయ్యే మార్పులు ఇవి …. మరియు మోడీ జీ వంటి వారితో మరియు బిజెపి వంటి పార్టీలతో మాత్రమే ఇది జరుగుతుంది.

Very important decision by Modi Government

New Education Policy 2020 is announced

1. 10+2 board structure is dropped.
2. New school structure will be 5+3+3+4.
3. Upto 5 pre school, 6 to 8 Mid School, 8 to 11 High School , 12 onwards Graduation.
4. Any Degree will be 4 years.
5. 6th std onwards vocational courses are available.
6. From 8th to 11th, students can choose subjects.
7. All graduation courses will have major and minor.
Example – science student can have Physics as Major and Music as minor also. He/she can choose any combination.
8. All higher education will be governed by only one authority.
9. UGC AICTE will be merged.
10. All University government, private, Open, Deemed, Vocational etc…will have same grading and other rules.
11. New Teacher Training board will be setup for all kinds of teachers in the country, no state can change.
12. Same level of Accreditation to any college , based on its rating. College will get autonomous rights and funds.
13. New Basic learning program will be created by Government for parents to teach children upto 3 years in home and for pre school 3 to 6.
14. Multiple entry and exit from any course.
15. Credit system for graduation for each year. Student will get some credits which he can utilize if he takes break in course and comes back again to complete course.
16. All schools exams will be semester wise, twice a year.
17. The syllabus will be reduced to core knowledge of any subject only.
18. More focus on student practical and application knowledge.
19. For any graduation course, if student completes only one year, he/she will get a basic certificate, if he/she completes two years then he/she will get Diploma certificate and if he/she completes full course then he/she will get degree certificate. So no year of any student will be wasted if he/she breaks the course in between.
20.All the graduation course fee of all Universities will be governed by single authority with capping on each course.

Now we can hope our education system will be at par with modern countries. This much needed change is very welcome across the country.

We may have missed many specific issues/details in the above 20 points but one thing is sure. We are all extremely proud of these changes and are very sure that the education will bring more practicality, scientific approach, nurture the child towards humanity and patriotism, improves child’s calibre from the beginning, and builds character along with required knowledge for modern times…and does everything that is required to make a child a proud citizen of Bharath.
